This past weekend was the Women’s Fiction Writers Association annual retreat in Albuquerque New Mexico. Every year they announce the winners of their STAR Award for published fiction and the Rising Star Award for unpublished manuscripts.
I’m thrilled to announce that Her Perfect Life won the STAR Award in the General category!
The Women’s Fiction Writers Association is a wonderful organization for writers (not just women!) who are actively working on manuscripts that fall within the “women’s fiction” domain. They regularly offer fantastic workshops that provide education on a wide array of craft and publishing topics.
Not to mention, they have some of the most knowledgable, charitable, and kind members I have ever met!
Thank you WFWA for this tremendous honor. And I’d like to send a special thank you to all the judges and event organizers that help make opportunities like this available to authors.
